Pasta with seafood in orange wine cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 garlic cloves in chili oil or fresh, diced
  • 1 pack of crab meat (crayfish meat)
  • 1 pack of smoked trout fillet(s)
  • 1 pack of shrimp in brine
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 1 shot of orange juice
  • some broth
  • some dill
  • 250 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 250g spaghetti
  • possibly aromatic
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook 250g spaghetti al dente. For the sauce: Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil (tastiest in olive oil with lemon flavor). Add the fish and seafood in bite-sized pieces and sauté. Deglaze with wine, orange juice, and a little lemon juice. Add the mustard, dill, and a little stock, if desired. Let it reduce for a few minutes. Finally, add the cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and flavoring, if desired. Serve in a deep dish garnished with fresh or frozen dill.
