Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 g sugar
  • some butter
  • 1 lemon(s), juice and grated zest

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Knead the flour, sugar, egg, salt, baking powder, and butter into a dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. For the custard, combine the egg yolks with the sugar, butter, juice, and lemon zest. Roll out the dough thinly and line a tart pan with it. Spread the custard evenly over the dough and bake at 180°C for about 1 hour.
