Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Make a meat dough from ground beef, minced meat, soaked and well-drained toast, and the egg. Knead in coarsely chopped cashews and Roquefort cheese, and season generously with pepper and a little salt. Form approximately 36 meatballs and fry them in batches in hot vegetable oil. Let cool and garnish with gherkins on wooden skewers.
