Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g asparagus, white or green
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt, coarse
- 1 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel the asparagus spears and trim them to approximately the same length. Arrange the spears on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 10-15 minutes, turning once. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and enjoy.
