If using fresh yeast, mix the yeast with lukewarm milk and let it stand in a warm place for about 10 minutes. Mix the flour with the risen yeast. Add the melted fat, eggs, and milk. If using dried yeast, it goes a little faster. Mix this with the flour, fat, eggs, sugar, and milk and process the dough in the same way as with the fresh yeast. Knead the mixture by hand or with the dough hook of a hand mixer until it forms a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place until the dough has roughly doubled in size. Knead again and divide the dough into 15 portions. Form each piece of dough into a large and a small ball. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.
