Vegan Langosh – Hungarian specialty

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Place the flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the center with your fist. Pour in the yeast water. Now add the oat or soy milk and knead the dough well. Add the sunflower oil and knead the dough again. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place (around 30°C is ideal) for about 45-60 minutes. Divide the dough into 6, 130g pieces, knead each piece into a ball, and let it rest for another 15 minutes. Knead each dough ball into a flatbread. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and fry each flatbread, one after the other, on both sides for about 2-4 minutes. Finally, briefly drain the fat on kitchen paper.
