Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g sausage (black sausage)
- 400 g radish(s), red
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 tbsp, heaped mustard
- 150 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 tsp black pepper, from the mill
- n. B. Maggi

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Recipe from Holger’s grandma
Cut the black pudding into half rings. Slice the radish and onions into thin rings. Cut the chives into tubes and then mix with the mustard, apple cider vinegar, and pepper. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
