Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g turkey meat
- 50 g smoked turkey breast
- 30 g Parmesan
- 1 tsp oil (olive oil)
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
- 500 ml water
- 3 tsp Tandoori Masala spice mix (Asian store)
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 100 g light mozzarella

Sauté the onion and garlic in oil, then add the tomato paste and water. Bring to a boil, add the seasoning mix, and finally stir in the mushrooms. First, place the thinly sliced turkey in a baking dish, then top with the smoked turkey breast and Parmesan cheese. Pour the tomato sauce over the meat and bake in the oven at 175°C for 1 hour. Remove the dish, arrange the sliced mozzarella on top, and bake for another 10 minutes.
