  • 500 g spaghetti (spaghettini)
  • 4 tbsp oil (peanut oil)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

  • 400 g lean beef
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce, dark
  • 1 can/n bean sprouts
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves
  • 1 handful of peanuts
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Cook the spaghettini in salted water until al dente. Heat a little olive oil in a large pan or wok. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it into rings. Add the onion, garlic, sliced ​​ginger, peanuts, and chili to the pan or wok and fry. Slice the beef into strips and add it. Fry over high heat, then add the soy sauce, peanut oil, bean sprouts, and chopped cilantro. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Briefly stir in the spaghettini and serve.
