Place the softened butter in a bowl and add the sugar, cappuccino powder, eggs, cornstarch, and one-third of the flour. Mix well with a hand mixer on high speed. Gradually add the remaining flour to the batter. Fill the batter into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe swirls, S-shaped circles, or other shapes onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the pastries at 200°C for 10-12 minutes, then let them cool on a wire rack. For the glaze, heat the chocolate glaze until thick, then dip half of the pastries into the glaze and let them dry.
