Decorations for the Christmas tree

Mix the flour and spices and knead in the butter. Add the sugar and milk, and chill the dough for 15 minutes. Then roll out to about 5 cm thick and cut out cookies using a pastry cutter with a hole in the center. Place a piece of candy or some fruit into each hole (depending on the size of the hole), and use a toothpick to poke a hole for hanging. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Be sure to let it cool completely! The candy mixture will melt and be very hot! This will create a beautiful window effect when everything is dry. Thread strings through the small holes and hang the cookies on the Christmas tree.
