Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g quark, low-fat
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 8 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 ½ packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Bitter almond aroma
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Gradually mix the quark with milk, oil, egg, sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, and salt until a smooth dough forms. Add the flour, 1/2 sachet of vanilla sugar, baking powder, and a dash of bitter almonds. Roll out the dough, cut out the geese using a stencil or cookie cutter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with egg yolk. Press in a raisin for the eye. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
