Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cheese (Handkäse), without caraway
- 1 tsp mustard (fig)
- 5 tsp rapeseed oil
- 5 tsp balsamic vinegar, white
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Prepare a marinade from the fig mustard, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cut the hand cheese into thin slices and arrange them on a large, flat plate. Pour the marinade over the cheese. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
