Caprese with avocado, tomatoes and kiwi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 1 large avocado(s)
  • 2 kiwis (Kiwi Gold)
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut all ingredients into approximately 5 mm thick slices and layer them. Place the tomato slice on the bottom and the mozzarella slice on top. Place a basil leaf between or on top of each. Drizzle the tower with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
