Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very refreshing

Peel half a watermelon, cut into large chunks, and juice it. Peel and seeds from the mango and roughly chop it into chunks. Blend the mango and berries using a hand blender and mix with the melon juice. You don’t necessarily have to juice the melon; you can also blend it, although this will make the smoothie rather thick. We’ve tested this smoothie a few times in different variations, and we think this recipe tastes best; it makes the mixture just right. I refrigerate the melon the day before so the juice is nice and cold. I also used frozen blueberries.
