Wash the zucchini thoroughly. Cut off the ends. Then carefully spiralize the zucchini through the spiralizer, ensuring the resulting “spaghetti” doesn’t break or only rarely breaks. The courgetti can be used raw, for example, in soups and cooked briefly. Alternatively, they can be seared in a hot pan with a little fat-free cooking spray for 1 minute, stirring constantly, and served as a side dish. Zucchini spaghetti (courgetti) is a healthy and delicious alternative to conventional pasta products because it contains no fat and hardly any carbohydrates (2 g per 100 g), yet is still filling.
