Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp coconut yogurt (yogurt alternative) without sugar
  • 130 g oat flakes, fine
  • 3 Medjool dates or Sukkari dates, pitted, chopped
  • 230 g oat milk (oat drink)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 20 ml coffee, strong
  • 115 g oat milk (oat drink)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or date syrup or similar.
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

Combine all the oatmeal ingredients and let it set in the refrigerator overnight. Stir in the coffee cream ingredients. If you prefer a smoother consistency, you can also puree it. Let it set in the refrigerator for at least an hour. To serve, layer the oatmeal and coffee cream twice on top of each other and dust with cocoa.
