Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kg watermelon(s)
- 200 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 80 ml lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
refreshing like a lemonade, but without sugar
First, remove the melon flesh, place it in a blender, and puree. Then add the lemon juice and raspberries and puree. Fill a glass with 2-3 ice cubes and then top with the watermelon-raspberry drink. Optionally, strain the drink through a sieve to remove the seeds—done.
