Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 600 g spaetzle
- 250 ml cream
- 100g Gorgonzola
- 300 g mushrooms
- 2 cup(s) onion(s), chopped
- 150 ml oat milk (oat drink)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
really delicious
First, sauté the onions until translucent, then add the sliced mushrooms. Once the mushrooms are cooked, add the cream and crumble in the Gorgonzola. Stir well to melt the cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the spaetzle in plenty of water and mix everything together at the end. If the sauce is too thick, dilute with oat milk.
