Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
  • 1 handful of olives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, and a little water in a bowl and mix together. Trim the peppers. Dice them along with the feta cheese and add them to the bowl. Finally, add the kidney beans, corn, and olives.
