Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 kg mushrooms, small, also cultivated mushrooms
- 750 ml water
- 250 ml herbal vinegar, good quality
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 6 cloves
- 10 peppercorns
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 1 onion(s), small and whole
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Porcini mushrooms are also very suitable for this.
Briefly boil everything except the mushrooms in the vinegar water. Cook for 10 minutes with the stemmed mushrooms, then pour the mixture into hot, rinsed jars, filling them to the brim and sealing them immediately. Enjoy.
