Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 450 g puff pastry, frozen
- 200 g ham, raw
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 200 g double cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp oil
- 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated

Defrost the puff pastry, roll it out, and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (approx. 30 x 40 cm). Trim, wash, and slice the leek into rings, and dice the ham. Heat the oil in a pan, briefly fry the ham cubes and leek, and let cool. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Whisk the eggs with the Philadelphia cheese, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the Emmental cheese. Spread the leek and ham mixture over the puff pastry, then pour the egg mixture evenly over it. Bake the leek tart on the middle rack of the oven for about 20 minutes. Then cut into squares and serve warm or cold.
