Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 large kohlrabi leaves with stem, cut off at the tuber
- 300 ml plant milk (plant drink), variety as desired
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vegetable stock, granulated
- n. B. Salt

Wash and finely chop the kohlrabi leaves. Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the leaf strips. Deglaze with the plant-based milk and stir in the broth. Reduce the heat and simmer with the lid on for a few minutes, stirring frequently to prevent the milk from burning. Finally, purée the soup with a hand blender until frothed. Add salt if desired.
