Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 45 g pasta
- 500 g green beans
- 2 large beefsteak tomatoes
- 6 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 60 g tuna, without oil
- 5 tbsp vegetable broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
with green beans and tomatoes
Cook the pasta. Trim the beans and cook in lightly salted water for 10-12 minutes. Chop the beefsteak tomatoes. Mix the vinegar, oil, vegetable stock, salt, and pepper to make a dressing. Stir in the tomatoes, pasta, and beans. Drain the tuna, tear it into small pieces, and add it to the salad. Season to taste if desired. This salad makes 2 large portions of salad, or 4 side dish portions.
