Tuna salad with cheese, cucumber, tomato and peppers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 0.33 cucumber(s), diced
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 120 g cheese, diced as desired
  • 120 g feta cheese
  • 1 onion(s), red, diced
  • 6 small tomatoes, halved
  • salt and pepper
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Low-carb

Combine all ingredients, mix gently, and refrigerate for at least half an hour. If desired, you can spice it up with fresh garlic and/or various spices like paprika.
