Coconut porridge with berry topping

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml coconut drink
  • 50 g cereal flakes (multigrain flakes), fine
  • 1 tsp, sautéed chia seeds
  • 1 heaped tsp desiccated coconut
  • 10 g blueberries, fresh
  • 2 m.-large strawberry, fresh
  • 1 pinch of salt

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Breakfast for calorie counters

Place the multigrain flakes, coconut milk, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, sort and wash the blueberries. Halve them if necessary. Wash and hull the strawberries, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. When the porridge has reached the desired consistency, preferably a mushy consistency, transfer it to a bowl. Finally, top the porridge with the berries and garnish with the desiccated coconut and chia seeds.
