Greek farmer's salad with feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Herb(s) for sprinkling, (alternatively dried oregano and salt)
  • 5 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the cucumber, cut into thick slices, and then halve them. Cut the tomatoes into eighths and halve the eighths. Slice the bell pepper. Mix everything together. Finely slice the onion and scatter over the salad. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the feta cheese into thin slices and scatter evenly over the salad. Season with Italian-style herbs. Drizzle with oil. Done! Delicious with flatbread or simply on its own.
