Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 125 g smoked ham, diced
  • 600 g potatoes, in pieces
  • 400 g carrot(s), in pieces
  • 150 g celery, in pieces
  • 100 g leek, in rings
  • 500 g water
  • 1 tsp, heaped salt
  • 1 tbsp marjoram
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
  • some black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Wash the vegetables and peel if necessary. Chop the onion in the Thermomix for 5 seconds on speed 5, sauté with the oil and smoked ham for 5 minutes on speed 1/Varoma. Then add the remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes on speed 1/100 degrees Celsius. Serve with freshly ground black pepper.
