Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml rice, cooked
  • 400 ml carrot(s), coarsely grated
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 200 ml breadcrumbs, maybe a little more
  • 4 eggs
  • Thyme
  • basil
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and form small patties. If the mixture is too wet, add a little more breadcrumbs. Fry in oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve with a herb dip and fries.
