Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 ml rice, cooked
- 400 ml carrot(s), coarsely grated
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 200 ml breadcrumbs, maybe a little more
- 4 eggs
- Thyme
- basil
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix all ingredients together and form small patties. If the mixture is too wet, add a little more breadcrumbs. Fry in oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve with a herb dip and fries.
