Baking paper for a 26 cm diameter ring (springform pan). Mix the quark with the milk, mix all the dry ingredients well and add them to the dough. Stir for 3-5 minutes on medium heat, then add the rum at the end. Pour into a 26 cm diameter ring or springform pan lined with baking paper. Make a very thin batter. Place the grapes (blue ones) on top of the batter. Bake in a cold oven at approximately 130°C (convection oven) for approximately 90 minutes. Leave in the oven for approximately 20-30 minutes. Carefully lower the ring and let it cool completely before slicing. My own recipe.
