Minced meat with mushrooms à la eisbobby

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 750 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 750 g mushrooms
  • 3 large onions
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp paprika paste, mild
  • 1 ¼ liters vegetable broth
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce, dark
  • Salt and pepper white and finely ground
  • Oil for frying
  • Flour for binding, optional

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

absolutely delicious, absolutely simple

Mix the minced meat with the eggs and breadcrumbs and season with the spices. Form small meatballs from the minced meat and fry them in a pan with a little oil until browned all over. Then place the meatballs in a bowl. Also fry the cleaned and finely chopped mushrooms. After about 5 minutes, add the mushrooms as well. Now fry the finely chopped carrots and onions in a larger pot until the onions are translucent. Then add the tomato and bell pepper paste and lightly fry. Now add the soy sauce, meatballs and mushrooms and deglaze everything with the stock. Let the spit simmer for another 15 minutes. Then thicken slightly if necessary and serve. Serve with boiled potatoes, jacket potatoes, noodles or spaetzle.
