Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g noodles (vermicelli)
- 2 tsp Chinese spice mix
- 4 tbsp Ketjap Manis (sweet soy sauce)
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- spring onion(s)

Basic recipe with variations
Cook the pasta until al dente and place it in a glass bowl (for its appearance). Add all the spices and the finely chopped leeks (1 bunch of onions or, alternatively, 1 leek). Now let your imagination run wild; you can add: – 1 can of sweetcorn – 1 can of mushrooms (depending on your taste) – 1 can of Mexican vegetable platter – 250g grated cheese – 200g diced zucchini – finely chopped, seared turkey cubes. You can add these on their own or in a mix. Any kind of pan-fried meat goes well with it. But you can also enjoy the pasta salad on its own. It’s truly a delight.
