Oven-baked Brussels sprouts with Parmesan and honey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 50 g Parmesan, finely grated
  • 30 g honey, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Cook the Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the sprouts evenly on the baking sheet, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). The sprouts should be lightly browned. Then drizzle with honey.
