Tuna pasta bake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spirals)
  • 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 pkt. cream cheese spread
  • salt and pepper
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta and place it in a greased casserole dish. Stir in the chopped bell pepper, tuna, onion, and mushrooms. Bring the cream and cream cheese to a boil, season with salt, pepper, and garlic, and pour over the pasta mixture. Dust with breadcrumbs and add knobs of butter, if desired. Bake at 225 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
