Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, boiled (jacket potatoes)
  • 200 g sausage (hunting sausage)
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 2 pieces of gherkin(s)
  • 2 pieces of apples
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • lemon juice
  • some lettuce

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the potatoes, sausage, cheese, cucumbers, and apples and mix with the mayonnaise. Season with lemon juice. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with egg slices, tomatoes, gherkins, or chopped herbs.
