Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1,000 g pasta
- 500 g cheese (medium-aged Gouda)
- 500 g ham
- 1 kg leek
- 3 cups of sweet cream
- 3 eggs
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta, coarsely grate the Gouda, and dice the ham. Wash the leek, slice it, and pre-cook it. Mix the cream with the eggs and seasonings. Layer the ingredients in a large casserole dish and drizzle with the cream and egg mixture. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
