Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • Salt
  • 200 g sausage, fresh ham sausage, smoked
  • ½ jar cucumber(s) (pickles)
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental)
  • 7 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
  • 1 cup sour cream or
  • Natural yogurt
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • Garlic, fresh herbs
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water with the oil according to the package instructions, drain, rinse briefly in cold water, and drain well. Cut the sausage into small cubes, as well as the pickles and hard cheese. Slice the eggs. Mix the sour cream with the Miracle Whip, herbs, and spices, and season to taste. Layer the ingredients one by one (pasta, sausage, pickles, cheese, eggs, and 2/3 of the dressing) in a bowl, finish with the pasta, and pour over the remaining dressing; do not mix. Refrigerate the whole thing overnight. Mix everything together before serving, season to taste, and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
