Creamy cucumber salad with feta and sour cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 100 g sour cream, 10% fat
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • little salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the cucumber thoroughly, peel if necessary, and finely grate. Remove the dill tips from the stems and finely chop. Place the cucumber slices and dill in a bowl. Crumble the feta cheese over the top. Add the sour cream and mix everything together. Season to taste with freshly ground pepper and a little salt, if desired.
