Fruity egg salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 10 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 400 g cheese (Emmental)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the eggs, pineapple, and cheese into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Mix the salad dressing ingredients together, season to taste, and toss with the salad ingredients.
