Bean salad with egg

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g beans, green
  • 2 onions
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 stalks of savory
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean the beans and cut them into approximately 2 cm pieces. Boil them with an onion, savory, and salt in a pot of water until soft. Drain, remove the onion and savory, and let the beans cool. Now finely chop the other onion, dice the eggs, and add everything to the beans. Mix with the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
