Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 100 g salami (poultry salami)
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 320 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp corn
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

for 12 pieces

Wash, deseed, and finely dice the bell peppers. Finely dice the salami and feta. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Whisk the eggs with the milk, oil, spices, and salt. Stir in the flour. Add the remaining ingredients and mix gently with a wooden spoon. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Line a muffin tin with muffin cups. Pour in the batter and bake for 20-25 minutes.
