Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 12 slices of toast
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 half cucumber(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • Mayonnaise (salad cream)
  • ketchup
  • 1 handful of cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Toast with roast ham

Toast the toast. Spread half of the slices (bottom) with salad cream and the other half (top) with ketchup. Peel or wash the tomatoes, cucumber, and onion and slice them. Fry the ham slices until crisp. Arrange the cucumber, tomatoes, and onions on the salad cream toast, season with salt and pepper, then place the ham on top and sprinkle with a little grated cheese so it melts. Cover with the ketchup-covered toast and enjoy.
