Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g chicory
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1 some vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the chicory, halve it, and cut out the hearts. Cut into 1 cm wide strips. Sauté in oil with the diced onion. Season with a little vegetable stock. Add the sliced ​​cooked ham. Top with crème fraîche. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Tip: Add a few more broccoli florets, if desired.
