Fish with mustard and honey marinade, asparagus and potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 stalk(s) asparagus
  • 2 haddock fillets or pangasius fillets
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • some rosemary
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 shot of vinegar
  • 1 dashes honey
  • 1 tsp, heaped mustard
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • some chili flakes
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Peel the asparagus and potatoes and cook them separately. Thaw the fish. Peel and slice the garlic. For the marinade, combine vinegar, honey, mustard, oil, paprika, salt, chili, rosemary, and pepper. Place the thawed and drained fish in a baking dish, marinate, and top with the garlic slices. If desired, add a sprig of rosemary to the fish and bake in the oven at 160°C for about 30 minutes.
