Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g goulash (turkey goulash) or other poultry meat
- 250 g mushrooms or other mushrooms (e.g. oyster mushrooms)
- 2 onions, red
- 4 small gherkins
- 1 pack of soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
- 2 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- possibly harissa
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Chop all ingredients into small pieces. Then, in a large pan, first brown the meat, then add the red onions and fry. Then add the mushrooms and, just before the end, the pickles. Stir in the cream, bring to a boil briefly, then stir in the mustard and season with salt, pepper, and harissa, if desired. Almost anything works as a side dish: pasta, rice, potatoes.
