Leftovers with feta and ham

This recipe was created from leftovers that needed to be used up. First, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. However, you can also use pasta from the previous day. Core and dice the tomatoes, as well as the cooked ham and feta. Clean the spring onion and slice it into rings. Peel the garlic and finely chop or mince it. Wash a few basil leaves and roughly slice it. This completes the preparation. Heat oil in a pan (I used olive oil). Sauté the onion and garlic, add the ham and fry briefly. Then add the tomatoes, let it simmer for a while, and add the feta and basil. Season with salt, chili, about half a teaspoon of oregano, and a pinch of sugar. Then add a spoonful of sour cream to create a little more sauce. You can also use crème fraîche. Remember that sour cream neutralizes the flavor a little, so season with more salt and chili if necessary. Finally, mix in the pasta and you’re done!
