Egg salad with Worcestershire sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp, heaped chives, chopped
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and chop them into the desired size. Once cooled, add all ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly until only the egg whites remain. If desired, add ingredients of your choice, such as cooked asparagus, mushrooms, or chopped onions. When serving, it’s a good idea to add a splash of curry seasoning to round out the flavor.
