Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 piece(s) ginger, freshly grated
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
- 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 tbsp sherry
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
sufficient for approx. 750 g pork or poultry
Peel the ginger root and finely grate a piece about the size of your thumbnail, or chop it into very fine pieces. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Place the grilled meat in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Turn it over after half an hour.
