Quark casserole with apples

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 g quark
  • 125 g semolina
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • some smoked salt
  • 1 bottle of flavoring (lemon flavor)
  • 4 apples, chopped
  • e.g. raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Make a batter from all the listed ingredients. Fold in the apples and, if desired, raisins. Then pour the batter into a lightly greased casserole dish and bake at 175°C for approximately 60-70 minutes. The casserole should have a light golden brown crust. It can also be eaten cold or as a cake.
