from raw potatoes

Peel and wash the potatoes, and cut into thin wedges. Clean the bell peppers and spring onions and cut into small cubes or rings. Peel and press the garlic, or finely chop it. Slice the Cabanossi and wash the rosemary, shake it dry, and strip off the needles. Heat a little vegetable cream in a non-stick pan, fry the potatoes and bell peppers for about 15 minutes, turning frequently, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the remaining ingredients and fry for another 5 to 7 minutes. Arrange the fried potatoes on plates and finish with vegetable cream (or sour cream). If you like, you can replace the Cabanossi with other sausages, such as (poultry) salami, Lyoner, etc., and replace or supplement the bell peppers with zucchini or tomatoes.
